So $bit all time high and all sort of inflation election talk its there ….. All catalyst for trends and trend ending.

Realastete is in trouble so if I can get the realty income cheaper I will buy more 🙂 since is one of the most stable div payers that will pay monthly and monthly casflow is so important if you build a portefolio.
So now into something a little more difficult at the moment the world is getting debased so we have inflation against us and we have debasing since basically the world has to much dept if you think inflation will hit you for more than the 2 percent they aim for well the debasing and the inflation combined will make you more poor around -11 % so you basically need in the next coming years more than that to keep up 🙂 This is the reason why I build those income dividend now those will increase and if something happened we always have more cash for jumping on new trends. Tech will be outperforming that but that is if nothing mayor hits the markets so be sure to check your risk..
